Expanding quickly across North America, operating 1,500 bakery-cafes in 40 states and in Ontario Canada. This position is with our Fresh Dough Manufacturing Operations division which includes 22 facilities across the US and Canada.
This position provides management and technical expertise to the organization by providing leadership to our Maintenance, Sanitation, and Special Projects team, as well as provide support to our Regional Operations team in a "Day to Day" running of our Fresh Dough Manufacturing Business. Responsibilities include:
Maximize results, ensure and highten quality of the entire Fresh Dough Manufacturing business unit
Support and foster the culture of "Panera Warmth"
Support and provide leadership to accomplish daily delivery of consistent high quality bakery products.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years responsibility for multiple regional or national manufacturing operations in a bakery or fresh dough production organization.
Minimum of 5 years accountability for a large fresh dough/bakery production facility with proven positive results in meeting production performance standards, exceptional customer service, and dynamic people management through effective team building skills and practices.
Knowledgeable of related guidelines for food manufacturing and safety such as HACCP, GMP's and Safety
Must be willing to travel 50-60% of the time.
