Position Summary:
The Direct Marketing Manager has oversight of direct response programs selling cable services to movers on behalf of member cable companies. The primary responsibility is the facilitation of Multiple System Operator (MSO) participation in cooperative marketing programs, including: development of marketing strategies and creative recommendations, management of program operations, performance analysis, and financial management - in coordination with internal and external stakeholders,
The individual will be part of the CTAM Mover Marketing Team and participate in development and implementation of Co-op initiatives, project planning and budgeting as assigned. This role requires close coordination of cross-functional activity with MSOs, vendors and the CTAM Mover Team. The ideal candidate will have a significant direct marketing background, with cable experience desired, be results and metrics-driven, be experienced working in a matrix-driven organization, and have a demonstrable history of improving marketing ROI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Bring a passion for creating “best-in-class” marketing programs that leverage data, insights and innovations within the industry • Be client-service driven, and strengthen relationships with assigned MSOs (Single Point of Contact), working individually and in a committee environment • Be a lead on an assigned marketing program for cross-MSO initiatives • Drive customer acquisition and retention with a continuous focus on improving ROI in marketing spend • Recommend testing scenarios for prospect contact strategies and calendars, as well as creative and offers • Leverage marketing insights and Co-op best practices to facilitate MSO creative submissions • Partner with Sr. Marketing Operations Manager on operational implementation within approved timeframes and budgets • Partner with Database Analyst on tracking, analysis and report design and preparation to measure program performance and financial performance; encourage MSOs to utilize the data to monitor and fine tune their participation. • Maximize forums for shared learnings and best practices for Co-op benefit • Participate in annual projections, budgets and re-forecasts in coordination with all Team Members • Support Mover Marketing Strategic Planning Initiatives
Other Duties
• Be an active participant in the CTAM Mover Team, support other MSO Co-op projects and budget management as assigned • Communicate and interact with co-workers, members, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner • Educate other CTAM departments about Mover initiatives and be an available resource supporting company growth
