Company Information: Accuity is a leading provider of data, software, and professional services to corporate and financial customers around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for an outstanding opportunity in our Skokie, IL office. The Associate Marketing Manager will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop, execute and measure effective marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Management: Understand the brand values and guidelines and be responsible for policing correct brand application.
• Campaign Management: Responsible for implementing and measuring online and offline campaigns to meet agreed targets.
• Lead Generation: Support the sales teams/revenues by producing effective sales tools and executing campaigns that will generate quality sales leads
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign results against set KPIs.
• Budget Management: Understand budget system, manage set campaign budgets and work with Accounts to manage allocation of costs.
• Project Management: Demonstrate coordination and prioritization to meet time deadlines and set targets.
• Relationship Management: Internal - work closely with Marketing and specialist teams within the division and central marketing External - work with key contacts including suppliers and key accounts.
• Contextual Recognition: Understand the Associate Marketing Manager role and purpose within marketing dept. and within RBI
• Development: Assist the senior marketing manager in the development of existing products and promotion, the investigation of new opportunities and monitoring specific competition.
• Best Practice: Apply best practice as demonstrated by others in the department to maximize the effectiveness of marketing techniques and procedures

• 3-5 years' experience in the field of Marketing - preferably some in financial or technology solutions, marketing to financial institutions and in business-to-business marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Ability to execute marketing campaigns to high standards

• Good interpersonal skills, able to adapt the personal style to build relationships

• Flexible approach
• Basic financial understanding
• Able to work alone / or as part of a team and take the initiative
• Basic presentation skills
• Interest in learning and developing web skills for marketing purposes
• Bilingual (or trilingual) Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus .
