Here’s what you can expect in the way of job responsibilities:
Technical Marketing Support (50%) -Build the C&M brand using graphic design skills, obtained through formal education, to create attention-getting collateral, proposals, presentations and more. -Ensure that our digital communications, including social media posts and email marketing, capture audience interest through strong visuals and compelling messaging. -Keep our three web sites, in English, Mandarin and German, relevant and engaging through updated events, articles and content. -Help guide the firm through the installation of a new CRM and intranet solution, working with the technology committee, vendors, and end-users.
Internal Client Service (20%) -Serve as project liaison between the marketing department and members of our management team; including oversight and communication to ensure all internal deadlines and objectives are met. -Persuasively advise and guide the firm in areas of trends as it relates to marketing tools, techniques and trends. -Work with the marketing director to educate the management team and staff as needed on marketing issues by becoming a trusted internal advisor.
Event Support (15%) -In partnership with the Marketing Director and management, efficiently coordinate the details of firm events, including Coffee & Conversations, CFO Roundtables, Mandarin Roundtables, firm mixers and webinars. -Work with administrative assistant to organize the participation of firm management and staff in outside networking events through timely coordination and communication of strategic opportunities. -Support other key firm events as requested, either through marketing communications activities or direct participation. -Maintain event participation records for both internal and external events.
Business Development Support (10%) -Support the organization and communication of the firm’s business development initiatives, including the prioritization of proposals, presentations and articles to convey firm value. -Participate in networking events and other business development activities as a member of the marketing team.
Administrative (5%) -Contribute towards firm-wide projects as a member of the marketing team, including ordering supplies, coordinating internal meetings, assisting with the budgeting process, and serving in ways which support the firm.
